Service scope and applicability

VPNVB provides network acceleration subscriptions for international access, including international route access, subscription configuration delivery, route switching, and related management features in the user panel. Services support Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Connection methods, available regions, and route types are based on the information displayed in the user panel and route pages at the relevant time.

Network connections may be affected by the user's location, carrier routing, target service status, device configuration, and route maintenance. VPNVB may adjust, maintain, or replace routes according to network conditions to keep the service operating. Such changes do not grant a continuing right to use any specific route, region, or exit point.

Account and subscription rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials, subscription configurations, and information in the user panel, and are responsible for activity under their account. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity is detected, change the password promptly and stop distributing the relevant configuration.

A single account may be used on an unlimited number of devices, but only by the account holder and devices under that person's reasonable control. Reselling, renting out, or publicly sharing subscription configurations is prohibited. Accounts, subscription links, or route access must not be provided to others as standalone products, and normal subscription management must not be avoided through sharing.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading during a billing period, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic bundles remain available until used and never expire. Plan contents, prices, and available traffic are determined by the pricing page and the order details shown in the user panel.

Acceptable use requirements

Users must follow the laws and regulations applicable in their location and to the context in which the services are used, as well as the rules of target websites or applications. Services must not be used to infringe others' rights, distribute unlawful content, access systems without authorization, disrupt network facilities, send malicious traffic, or engage in other unlawful activity.

Users must not use VPNVB for automated abuse, malicious resource consumption, route attacks, or conduct that compromises service stability. Users are responsible for complaints, claims, penalties, or other liabilities arising from their actions. VPNVB may restrict the relevant account or connection while risks are being verified.

Service availability and liability

VPNVB maintains its website, user panel, and international routes according to available technical and operational conditions, but does not guarantee that every route, region, device environment, or third-party service will perform consistently at all times. Planned maintenance, unexpected failures, carrier changes, target service policies, force majeure, or local device settings may affect connections.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNVB is not responsible for the content, policies, account status, or service changes of third-party websites or applications. VPNVB is also not liable for losses caused by device failures, configuration errors, exposed credentials, or violations of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

Termination and refunds and changes to these terms

Users may stop using the services. If there is unlawful use, resale or public sharing, malicious service disruption, a serious violation of these terms, or account activity that creates a clear risk to routes or other users, VPNVB may restrict connections, suspend service, or terminate the account. Where necessary, VPNVB may retain relevant records to resolve disputes and meet compliance obligations.

Refund conditions and procedures are set out in the refund policy. A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 30 days of the first payment.

VPNVB may revise these terms when the service scope, operating rules, or legal requirements change, and will publish the updated content and update date on this page. Revised terms apply from the time they are published or from the effective time stated on the page. Users who continue using the services after an update should first review and confirm the changes.
